Construction Techniques

Holders, containers and racks employ the full spectrum of manufacturing techniques.  Depending on the product, CNC routing is used to create cavities and distinct compartments for various components.  This is particularly true of desk organizers.  Products such as wine and test tube racks are constructed using precision moulding and multi-head boring units.  Quite often, containers require miter corners or even dovetail joints.  Our bins with tops are produced with hand applied hinges and positive closure mechanisms.

Customization

All aspects of our holders, containers and racks are made to your unique specifications. Depending on your needs, you can choose the wood species and construction. The wood species selection for these products is generally based on the environment. They’re produced in virtually all wood species depending on the end usage. For products that’re used in a residential setting such as knife blocks, gun racks and pool racks, customers commonly choose hard maple, American oak, walnut and poplar to match interior finishes. For racks and other displays, customers often select pine, cherry or cedar to create a rustic aesthetic. You can also choose from a variety of different finishes to match the aesthetic your space.

Store product racks and displays can be customized with full color brand logos and other product information. Toy bins and canisters can also be finished with unique color schemes or patterns to compliment any room.
