Capabilities: CNC Shaping, Turning, and Moulding

BWI has a full range wood working capabilities. Our capabilities include: CNC routing, shaping, turnings and mouldings. CNC wood machining & routing capabilities include five axis machines and 5′ x 10′ beds for a wide range of products and applications. Our wide range of turning lathes allow us to turn diameters from 1/8″ to 30″. Additionally, we can turn square or oblong shapes with our lathes equipped with a cam. Short runs fit our CNC lathes with quick sets ups and longer runs suit our automatic and Mattison lathes for efficient production.
